Data We May Process

Names, addresses, flat numbers, emails, phone numbers, profile photos, uploaded images, messages, tickets, supplier profiles, quote requests, reviews, polls and support requests.

AI Formatting

When users choose HeyHomie or Improve Message, submitted text may be sent to OwnBlock's AI formatting backend to improve wording. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

Account Deletion

Users can request deletion in the app or by emailing admin@ownblock.co.uk. OwnBlock admin will verify the request and delete or anonymise data where legally possible.
